At Vets on Falcon, we want every pet to feel safe, happy, and genuinely cared for when they visit us. We understand how important it is for animals to feel calm and supported, and we are committed to making each visit as positive as possible. When pets are calm, they are happier, more cooperative, and more trusting, and owners feel more reassured knowing their furry family is genuinely comfortable.

Fear Free care sits at the heart of how we practise. Our team works across both Vets on Falcon and our sister clinic, Pet Medical Milsons Point, which is one of only four Fear Free Accredited Hospitals in Australia. This shared experience ensures that every staff member brings the same gentle, low stress approach to every patient we see.

Our hospital has been purpose built with your pet’s emotional well-being in mind. We have separate dog and cat consult rooms and dedicated wards to reduce stress from unfamiliar scents and sounds. Our custom built cages are both ISFM and Fear Free certified, giving pets a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest during their stay.

We put a lot of love and care into making your pet’s emotional well-being a priority. Every pet has their own quirks, comforts, and worries, and we are always happy to adjust our approach to help them feel at ease.
